~Terms and Conditions~

• 1. The Gold Card is not available for use on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Party Nights, Music Events, Theatre trips, Valentines Evening, Mothering Sunday, Bank Holidays and specially designed menus, promotions or Seasonal Events.
• 2. The gold card discount is not applicable for parties of more than 10 guests.
• 3. The concession offered is 15% (fifteen per cent) discount off all food when account is settled by cash or cheque, or, 10% (ten per cent) discount off all food when account is settled by credit card or by account. Also 15% discount off accommodation as published on our tariff and 5% discount on Les Bouviers Gift Vouchers.
• 4. If you would like to have an account with ‘Les Bouviers’ a separate application form must be completed with details of your company and banking details.
• 5. After 6 months, to continue the benefits of the Gold Card after the initial promotional period would be a payment of £40.00 for twelve months duration. Cheques should be made payable to Les Bouviers Restaurants.
• 6. Any additional offers that are associated with the gold card and that are offered by 3rd parties and external companies are offered at the company’s discretion. All discounts will only be honoured with the presentation of a valid gold card that has been registered online.
• 7. ‘Les Bouviers’ reserve the right to withdraw this Gold Card at any time.
• 8. The card remains the property of Les Bouviers Restaurants and must be returned upon request.
