Due to our fine dining excellence, not to mention our picturesque and spacious venue, Les Bouviers considers itself more than just a restaurant. Many successful wedding receptions and other celebrations have taken place in our dedicated function suite and grounds.
A great wedding venue for the perfect day.
As a compliment to your perfect and memorable day, we can offer fine dining excellence at your wedding reception and a great venue with five and a half acres of landscaped gardens and mature woodland to erect marquees and have lawn games in the afternoon. A well manicured lawn, jazz ensemble, champagne and Pimms set the ideal tempo for a great afternoon in the sun. In the evening, take to the veranda and watch the sunset before being whisked in to a sit down, set menu dinner in our Peter Max suite, a dedicated function room that caters for every wedding guests needs, including cloakrooms, external smoking area and a private bar! The wedding venue can cater for one hundred and twenty guests in a sit down service or one hundred and fifty guests as a finger buffet. This room can then transform in to the desired entertainment of your choice, such as a live band or disco.
Smaller and more intimate wedding functions can also be catered for and our proposal would be the Tarkay Suite, with an extrnal adjoining patio including water fountain and access to our bar, this can seat forty guests.
Wedding Planning and Venue
Not only do we provide the venue but we can also assist in the planning of your reception and provide an experienced Wedding Co-Ordinator to smoothe the creases and realise your dreams and plans for your perfect wedding day. As a large and secluded venue with beautiful greenbelt surroundings in south Dorset, we can also offer a perfect setting for the wedding photographs and some notable features include a lovers footbridge, mature woodland, vast lawn and weeping willows.
Wedding Menu
With the resident chef-patron James Coward at the helm and with your every guests dietary requirements catered for by the careful enquiries of your Wedding Co-ordinator, you can ensure of an excellent quality of food that can be spread over the whole day, starting with a memorable wedding breakfast, lunchtime buffet on the lawn and a sit down silver service dinner in the evening.
